Frontinus.House is now live, and it is time to permanently ratify it on-chain. To mitigate risks in social, protocol, and regulatory areas, the governance process needs to be fully moved on-chain.
The following risks will be addressed:
- Regulatory capture of multisig users.
- Social engineering risk.
- Smart contract risk.
This process is essential for ensuring the security of the DAO and plays a critical role in achieving true decentralization of Bibliotheca DAO while eliminating centralizing factors.
Execution
This will require the participation of Bibliotheca DAO members and developers, as there is a paradigm shift in governance within the DAO.
DAO Members:
- Users will need to restake their tokens in the new contracts.
- All emissions will be transferred to these contracts.
- Voting will be conducted on Layer 2 using SnapshotX.
- Submitting a BIP (Bibliotheca Improvement Proposal) will require submitting a transaction as well.
